Shipping policy

We deliver most orders within 4-7 business days. Monday to Friday is considered business days except for public holidays., Delivery delays can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers. Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.

Our delivery partners will try to reach you thrice if not responded, then the product will come back to us. After that, your order will be considered as cancelled. Please ensure that you provide your complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and mobile numbers. This will help us to deliver your order faster.

If there is a genuine defect in the product, we'd be happy to exchange your product with a replacement or a different product of the same value or refund your order amount within 7-10 working days after the product is picked up from the given address.

If you have received a damaged/incorrect product, please report the issue within 5 days of delivery, to our email id ecommerce@pradeepibrew.com with photos and order ID, and please fill in the necessary details. We’ll verify and initiate the pickup within 48-72 working hours. The return will be initiated and the same will be updated to the corresponding email id and phone number.

If you find that the package has been tampered, please do not accept the item and hand over the package back to the delivery person before signing the POD (Proof of Delivery).

We’ll arrange a reverse pickup within 4-5 working days from the date of the return request. In case of an exchange, your new order will be processed within 4-5 working days once we receive your returned product.

Under certain circumstances, if we are unable to provide you with a replacement for your ordered product, then we will notify you, and thereafter will process your refund the paid amount will reflect in the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days. In the case of COD (Cash on Delivery) order, the refund will be made only in the form of a credit coupon of the same value.
